Bell H-13 H Gunship Helicopter

The Bell H-13 Sioux is one the most famous military helicopters since the second world war. It was used for surveillance, training, ambulance and communications purposes. Its big test came during the Korean War when it evacuated over 80% of the wounded U.S. soldiers. As a trail, a special U.S. Army variant was fitted with machine guns and rockets which turned it into a dangerous surprise attack from the air.

This kit by Revell of Germany is in scale 1:35 and has six rockets, tubular lattice frame, two machine guns on the skid frame, detailed engine and transmission and movable main rotor blades. A detailed cockpit with instrument panel and the pilot figure are also included.
