RF-4E Phantom II Airplane

The Phantom is one of the best military combat planes in the world. It flew for the first time in 1958. The RF-4E Phantom II was developed from the F-4E Phantom. The main customer was the German Air Force with 88 planes. The Phantom is equipped with two General Electric J79-GE-17 afterburning jet engines each giving 8120 Kp thrust. Max speed is 2414 Km/h, range is 1056Km. The special "Black Panther" livery of 52 Reconnaissance Squadron, Leck was presented to the public in 1993 when the squadron was subsequently disbanded.
