It has a carry pouch, stereo earphones, AC adapter which serves both as a adapter and battery charger, three Ni-MH rechargable batteries, operating gude and complete manual. The other wire with the plug is a external antenna that is included at no extra charge that plugs into the radio. Even the box is well designed to hold your radio !
