KA-52 Alligator Attack Helicopter

The alligator is the twin seat version of the combat helcopter Kamov 50 Hokam which has been under developement for the Soviet Armed forces for about a decade. The KA-52 is characterized through a new cockpit with two side by side seats. The front section of the fuselage was also completely re-designed to accommodate the vast assortment of the electronic and radar equipment as well as night vision equipment to enable the use of a substantial assorment of weapons systems. The helicopter is extremely fast and manoverable. The fuselage and other vital parts are well protected by armour plates.
