The Coming Global Superstorm The Coming Global Superstorm The Coming Global Superstorm

From the Publisher

The end of the twentieth century saw some of the most violent weather on record. Scientific evidence suggests this trend marks the beginning of a climatological nightmare: a massive and unprecedented storm of unimaginable destructive force.

What will trigger it?
Global warming is about to cause the North Atlantic Current to drop to a more southerly route, causing cold Arctic air to barrel into overheated temperate zones.

What will it be like?
Sudden, dramatic changes in climate all over the world. Blizzard conditions. Sustained winds in excess of 100 miles per hour. The most severe winter storms in history. Shocking death rates.

What can we do to stave it off?
Plenty. Art Bell and Whitley Strieber, two of America's leading investigators of unexplained phenomena, offer a wealth of viable solutions in this imressively researched examination of modern environmental science and weather-related disaster. The Coming Global Superstorm is the most compelling and necessary book of the new millennium.

From Booknews
Bell and Strieber share more than an interest in UFOs, conspiracy theories, near-death experiences and unexplained phenomena<-->neither has a degree in meteorology. This does not stop them from predicting a weather maelstrom to rival all Hollywood natural disaster films combined. Annotation c. Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)

Is a Climate Catastrophe Really Imminent?

The Coming Global Superstorm was a compelling and intriguing compilation of science, fiction, and science fiction. Apparently neither of the authors come from science backgrounds, however, they present a well-reasoned, fascinating interpretation of early climate records and architectural enigmas; and they argue a somber scenario for earth’s near-future climate. Although 'overblown,' the forecast issued in The Coming Global Superstorm should be given some serious consideration as we guess at what lies ahead for the climate of Planet Earth.

The Source: Journey through the Unexplained
The Source: Journey through the Unexplained

Annotation
"Keep your mind open, but not so open that your brain falls out." Wise words -- and fitting ones to represent this excellent and surprisingly level-headed book by two aficionados of all that is strange and unexplained in the world. In The Source , Art Bell, the nationally syndicated radio talk show host whose topics range from politics to near-death experiences, gun control, and UFO sightings and cover-ups, joins forces with Brad Steiger, the bestselling author of more than 140 books on various paranormal phenomena. These two discuss everything from Roswell to past lives to the origins of the human species, laying out a mass of information and packing in the anecdotes while never assuming that the reader A) believes them or B) is an idiot. Refreshing stuff

From the Publisher
Why a book about the unexplained? As more and more strangeness enters our world, mainstream authority fogures such as the goverment, the media and others in influential positions are being forced to reconsider their opinions about paranormal origins. It is no longer possible to completely ru;e out that there may be extraterrestrial life among us: too many people have seen and continue to see too many "weird" things. No longer can the significance of the extraordinary powers of the human mind (until recently largely untrapped) be dismissed. We cannot go on ignoring the past while new discoveries are made daily that influence how we view our present and future.

By exploring the various speculative nuances in many areas of the category deemed "paranormal," you, the open-minded reader, who looks for answers to at least a few of these questions, can make up your own mind. The Source will provoke your mind to reach beyond the conformity that the skeptical still attempt to maintain, and to make your own decisions about where " the source" of all these happenings lies. Your own insight and experiences will lead you to determine the realities of these phenomena from your own perspective.

What People Are Saying
In my opinion, whether we explore the various enigmas of ghosts, or angels, the baffling puzzles of UFOs or psychic phenomena, we are essentially dealing with a single source, one Great Mystery. —Brad Steiger

Absoulute great book
A great book for people who love the paranormal. NOT FOR SCIENTISTS. Of course anyone researching paranormal knows that. They blindly pass off abductions and other sightings as all hoax. By their standards the moon landing was a hoax. Just talk no proof.

Art Bell's Best!!!!
In this book, Art Bell and Brad Steiger cover everything from origins of the human species to crop circles to Area 51 to UFO abductions to government coverups and conspiracies to religion. This is a historic look at unexplained phenomena in the universe. Both authors have covered matters regarding the unusual, the weird, and the unknown for years. Here, together, they explore each of these subjects thoroughly, leaving the reader with the facts needed to come to an educated conclusion as to the source of it all. This book has never been proclaimed to be one of Art Bell's 'better works'; it pales in comparison to The Coming Global Superstorm and The Quickening as far as sales and popularity. But, it is my particular favorite of all his books because it covers such a wide range and varietal array of topics.

UFO Abductees also believe they lived former lives???
The viewing of an unknown object in the sky has almost automatically brought in suggestions of ET origins. While there can hardly be any doubt that because of the vastness involved, other forms of life must exist in the universe besides those of which we are already aware, THAT FACT DOES NOT IMPLY THAT A VIEWED UFO IS A MANIFESTATION OF SUCH LIFE. A fact often left out by such books like this meant for marketing not discovering. I would avoid this book written by elemental authors of the earth delighting in confusion, myths and mischief.

Excellent reading from Art and an artist.
The book reads in the classical style of Brad Steiger who must have published over a 100 books by last count. His current page turning thriller, 'Alien Rapture' and the text book on Alien Conspiracies, 'Rainbow Conspiracies' are incredible reads. What he lends to their collaboration is a sense of objectivity, balance, and unique prose. Art's theories are not new but more widely marketed and well worth the read. Art has been called a fear monger, a proliferator of paranoia, and a radio hack. Art provides a forum for alternative science, conspiracy researchers, and at times the inane and weirded out. Never-the-less, this forum reaches across America and makes the listener think about subjects that are often over-looked, buried, and suppressed by the main- stream media. This book is thought provoking, insightful, and at times unnerving, the writing is superb. I highly recommend this book and anything by the master of literature, Brad Stieger.

The Art of Talk
The Art of Talk

From the Publisher
Intensely private radio personality Art Bell, who lives in the middle of the desert 65 miles west of Las Vegas--where he broadcasts his radio shows--finally comes forward with his fascinating autobiography. CUSTOMER REVIEW

A Truly Fascinating Story!!!!
This is Art Bell's first book, and it is his autobiography. Art is the former host of the worldwide radio programs Coast to Coast AM and Dreamland. If I weren't in the radio broadcasting business myself, I would probably say that this is a fascinating story. But, it turned out to be quite what I expected from a fellow broadcaster. Nonetheless, it is interesting to get to know the man behind the voice that I was so accustomed to hearing night after night. Besides his childhood, education, domestic life, and career, Art discusses how he used to get callers and guests to talk on the air, and even relates his feelings toward what he heard and was broadcasting. This is good reading for Art Bell fans or for those interested in the radio broadcasting business.

More truth from a Legendary Man!!!!
While The Coming Global Superstorm is a book of researched fiction, this is a work of researched facts. Here, Art Bell analyzes the overall acceleration that the world has been experiencing, and where it might take us. He clearly shows why in this age, there exists the possibilities of more plagues on Earth. He ponders the threat and reality of nuclear terrorism. He presents the reality of a one-world government through globalism. He discusses our constantly changing weather patterns and what could develop from them. And he shows how technology is changing to further empower individuals, corporations, and nations to accomplish more than they have ever been able to before --- and where this could all lead us. The title of the book suggests that we are 'going somewhere fast,' and the author used to constantly refer to that concept on his former radio program Coast to Coast AM. He qualified his statement each time by saying that he didn't know where we were going, but that, in fact, we were going. This book will explain what he meant.

THIS BOOK FORTELLS WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN!
I read this book and was GLUED TO EVERY PAGE. All of the things that Art talks about are NOW COMING TRUE! If everything in this book comes to pass....WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE! I think that Art Bell masterfully predicts the future by such things as strange weather phenomenia that are happening not only in the US, but WORLDWIDE. MAYBE THE END IS NEAR! This is a MUST READ for all who believe that it is, and who believe in the prophecies of the Bible and Nostradomas!
