Rutan Voyager Airplane

On December 14 1986 Burt Rutan's unusual looking Voyager aircraft made its historical take off from Mojave airfield. The crew consisted of two pilots - ex-military Dick Rutan and Jeana Yeager. Nice days later the airplane made a landing at the same airfield - the world's first non stop no-refueling round the world flight became a reality.
