Corgi Boeing B-52C 54 2672 7th BW Carswell AFB, Fort Worth
The first of 35 B-52Cs came off the Seattle assembly line on December 7, 1955. The B-52C was the first B-52 to have the entire underside painted in gloss white to reflect nuclear radiation and heat. It first flew on March 9, 1956 and remained in service until it was retired from service in September 1971 after seeing combat in Southeast Asia.
